The best way to stock up and save is to order our beef in bulk. Our bulk options are a half or whole animal. Our price is $2,500/half, which includes processing fees + delivery to one of the following locations: Our farm in Rising Fawn, GA on Lookout Mountain, The Beef Shop in Trenton, GA, parking lot of Scotties on the River in Chattanooga, TN, or the market pavilion in Ringgold, GA. You can expect approximately 240lbs of packaged beef per half. We require a $250/half non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Once you’ve paid your deposit, we will send you a form to fill out to select your desired cut and size preferences for your beef order. Please note this online purchase serves as only a deposit to secure your order. Additionally, the deposit amount is counted towards your total amount due, and the remainder of the total is due at the time you receive your beef order.
