Individual Cuts:

• The Beef Shop: ‘The Beef Shop’ is our storefront located in Trenton, GA where all of our beef is available as individual cuts. We are open on Fridays from 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. The address is 12309 S. Main Street, Trenton, GA 30752

• Farmers Markets: We have a mobile beef trailer that we pop up at local Farmers Markets throughout the summer season.

    • Wednesdays May through September

• If you do not live in northwest Georgia but would still like to enjoy high quality beef from farmers you can trust, we can ship our beef directly to your doorstep! We offer a flat rate fee to ship our beef of either $29, $39, or $49 depending on your location. Click on our “Shop” tab and order Dyer Livestock BEEF today! We ship every Monday.

Bulk Orders:

• The best way to stock up and save is to order our beef in bulk. Our bulk options are a quarter, half, or whole animal. Our price is $1250/quarter and that includes processing and delivery to an agreed upon, local location. You can expect approximately 120-125lbs of packaged beef per quarter. That comes out to a cost of approximately $10/lb. of packaged beef. We require a $100/quarter non-refundable deposit to secure your order. Once you’ve paid your deposit, we will send you a form to fill out selecting your desired cut and size preferences for your beef order. If you order a half or whole, you are guaranteed to receive your cut choices. However, if you order a quarter, we cannot guarantee you will get all of your cut choices, but we will do our best to match you up with another quarter order with similar preferences. *Info above reflects our signature grass-fed, grain-finished beef.
